The last few weeks have been very stressful because there was a lot to organize. After almost 30 years of Farewell Records, 13 years of PunkDistro, 69 releases and 111.500 records, at the end of the year Farewell Records & Punkdistro will be history. I didn't make the decision easy for myself, especially after such a long time, but I do not have any fun anymore and it's the best to stop. I don't want to miss the time, but by December 31 it´s over. Because of this there is now a closing down sale...there are many single copies, so you know how it works: only the early worm catches the worm!! I could now give more reasons for my decision to quit, but it would be too long. It is like it is!! Nevertheless there will be new releases in the shop until the end of the year. So keep your eyes open!
